JCW partnered with a leading insurance services firm in the United States seeking a Business Development, Data Management, Reporting & Analysis professional. This role blends strategic business development, consultative solutions, and insurance data expertise. The position focuses on driving sales strategy, shaping data-driven solutions, and guiding insurers through transformation across analytics, reporting, and intelligent document processing.
This role is hybrid, with travel as required, in the Boston area.
Responsibilities
Lead go-to-market strategy for data services, including data management, IDP, analytics, and BI.
Own the full sales cycle: identify opportunities, build relationships, develop proposals, and close deals.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping insurers modernize operations and unlock the value of their data.
Collaborate with delivery, product, and technology teams to ensure client success.
Represent the firm at industry events, providing insights on analytics, reporting, and data trends.
Qualifications
Experience leading go-to-market strategy for data services including data management, IDP, analytics, and BI.
Proven ability to own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing deals.
Strong consultative skills and ability to advise insurers on data-driven transformation.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client success.
Willingness to represent the firm at industry events and speak to analytics, reporting, and data trends.
