Overview
North Shore Golf Club, a private, member-owned club in Menasha, Wisconsin, is seeking its next General Manager to lead with vision and a member-first mindset. Founded in 1930 on the shores of Lake Winnebago, North Shore features a championship golf course, a 22,000-square-foot clubhouse with lake views, and hosts golf, dining, social events, and community gatherings. An $8 million Pool and Lake House project is underway for completion in 2026, marking the club’s exciting new era. The General Manager will oversee all club operations, financial performance, and member satisfaction. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this highly visible role partners with department heads, staff, and committees to deliver service excellence and long-term sustainability. Responsibilities
