We seek a dynamic Senior Manager of Regional Technical Services for North America to lead our technical service operations. This strategic role oversees service delivery across the region, ensures projects are completed on time and within budget, and aligns with customer expectations and contracts. You will drive process improvements, lead a team of professionals, and collaborate with global leadership to standardize and optimize service functions. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in regulated industries, technical service management, and cross-functional collaboration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Develop, evaluate, and review technical service, support procedures and standards, updating them as needed.

Monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve timeliness, reliability, and customer satisfaction standards.

Plan, prioritize, and implement Service Activities to fulfill all established strategies, customer requirements, contracts, and agreements.

Support and engage cross-functional leaders to execute and support Service Activities according to global plans, goals, and objectives.

Estimate the cost, time, and resources required for installations, upgrades, and other technical services.

Prepare work orders and monitor progress against estimates.

Research, evaluate, and recommend new equipment and tools to enhance the capabilities of the technical service team.

Keep abreast of technology in assigned areas and recommend technical solutions to business problems.

Select, lead, evaluate, and develop a team of service leaders to manage their own engineers and technicians to ensure timely, on-budget service activities.

Develop vision and organization to support current and future product portfolio and market structure.

Update technical knowledge of engineers and ensure training for customers and internal teams across all company technologies.

Work with global leadership to evolve technical services in line with TBCT product development.

Provide leadership for the functional group’s development, direction, and effectiveness in alignment with policies and corporate objectives.

Prepare the network of regional and local associates to support and train customers.

Monitor metrics and collaborate with other functions to support development, commercialization, and improvement for all company products.

Understand customer operational issues and resolve problems with products, procedures, and policies, driving change where necessary.

Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, and other global regulations; drive procedural changes as needed to maintain compliance.

Prepare and manage approved budgets.

Collaborate with Regional Service and Product Management to develop strategies for differentiation, positioning, and pricing of service offerings and new competitive products.

Identify business opportunities to generate additional service revenues and assess regional programs for effectiveness and profitability.

Establish and maintain strong communication between Technical Service, Software Solutions, Commercial, and Quality.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a technical field.

Experience

Ten plus (10+) years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role.

Experience with process efficiency and program/project management methods.

Experience developing and implementing training and support initiatives for field operations.

Experience developing annual objectives and budgets.

Experience in a regulated industry.

Skills

Effective leadership and facilitation skills.

Ability to lead a multi-discipline team across multiple projects.

Balance commercial and development needs to achieve global goals.

Market and industry knowledge, including customer issues, alliances, trends, and competitive issues.

Proficiency with relevant PC software and the ability to use tools effectively.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

LOCATION

Lakewood, Colorado - Onsite Hybrid; open to candidates willing to relocate to the area.

TRAVEL

Travel up to 50% is required.

Must possess a valid passport and driver’s license.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Target Pay Range:

$156,300.00 to $195,300.00 - Salary to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, and market data

Target Bonus on Base:

20.0%
