Compensation Range:
Anticipated compensation range of $48.14 - $60.11 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience. Department:
778000 Speech-Language Pathology Expectations
Performs diagnostic evaluation of patients with communication disorders and administers speech and language treatment to patients. Participates in the management of patient care to include identification of communicative disorders\' diagnosis; linking and scheduling patient with required services, monitoring care delivery, advocating for the patient, and evaluating outcomes. The Speech Pathologist facilitates patient care across the health care continuum, and assists other team members. This position will require floating between the acute hospital and inpatient rehabilitation settings. This position requires flexibility of hours. Education
Masters degree in Speech pathology, Language Pathology, or Communicative Disorders required. Experience/Training
Determined by patient care area with 1 year related practice experience preferred. Licenses/Certifications
Required: Current unrestricted Speech Pathologist License (SLP) issued by state of California Department of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensary Board Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association Worker Type:
