Growing Patient Demand: The practice receives over 220 patient referrals per month, connected with 150–175 referring general dentists across Indiana and Michigan. Long-Term Practice Stability: The Endodontist will support growing community needs and the practice’s future success. Established Legacy: Founded in 1972, serving Northern Indiana for over 50 years with a strong referral network. Dual-Location Opportunity: South Bend and Elkhart locations (17 miles apart) with flexible scheduling and patient flow. Strong Production Potential: Full case load with 45-minute patient blocks; opportunity to stay as busy as you want. Supportive, Tenured Team: Team members with 20–50 years of tenure providing clinical support and a positive work environment. Advanced Technology: CBCT, Global microscopes, Endovision, System B, Obtura III Max, with backups for critical systems. Full-Scope Endodontic Practice: Root canals, retreatments, apicoectomies, surgical extractions, internal repairs, and exploratory surgeries. Flexible Schedule Options: 4- or 5-day work week; hours 7:00 AM–4:00/5:00 PM (Mon–Thu) and 7:00 AM–2:00/3:00 PM on Fridays. Required: Valid Licensure in the relevant jurisdiction, valid ADA-accredited endodontic residency certificate, and board eligibility or board certification in endodontics. As An Endodontist, You Will
Perform a full range of endodontic services including root canal therapy, retreatment, and surgical endodontics using current techniques and technologies. Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning; maintain accurate patient records. Collaborate with dental specialists and healthcare professionals for integrated patient care and timely communication with referring doctors.
