Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a BE/BC Fellowship trained Gastroenterologist to join Baylor Scott & White – Temple, TX (Temple, TX rotation in Waco, TX). We are a tertiary referral center highlighted by nine fellows, 13 GI faculty, 10 APPs, GI Dietician, GI Social Worker, GI Pharmacist, and four dedicated Colorectal Surgeons. Position Highlights
We are looking for a general Gastroenterologist; ERCP is not required The ideal candidate will be comfortable with teaching and working with fellows and Advanced Practice Professionals Call: 1:14. Cover one hospital only. Fellows take first call Schedule: Good mix of clinic and procedures Opportunity for academic appointment with Baylor College of Medicine Opportunities for teaching, leadership, and career advancement This is an employed position with a competitive salary, productivity bonus, moving allowance, a comprehensive benefits package, and no state income tax Epic EMR system Opportunity to rotate to Baylor Scott & White Clinic – Waco This location is centrally located in Waco servicing a variety of outpatient specialties, including Gastroenterology. The care team in Waco includes family nurse practitioners (FNPs) and medical doctors (MDs) in seven different specialties as an outpatient department of Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Temple Opportunity for a joint appointment with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs Olin E.
