Operating in a regulated client environment, with opportunities for programs involving patients and healthcare professionals Helping communicate data and regulatory milestones for the client Managing and implementing all day-to-day client activities across a variety of work streams Project managing traditional, digital, media and social media, content and engagement to deliver on strategy Building a trusted advisor relationship with clients, external partners, and Porter Novelli colleagues Pushing creative to move programs to the next level Researching and analyzing industry and competitor trends and providing insightful recommendations to team and client Providing direction and feedback to junior team members; mentoring them for growth within the team and Porter Novelli Participating in the hiring and onboarding of new team members The Experience That Will Contribute To Your Success
High science expertise Commitment to making a difference in healthcare PR Thorough understanding of rules and regulations in consumer and/or pharma healthcare space 5+ years of PR/communications experience; PR agency experience is advantageous Organized workstyle with ability to work independently or collaboratively and manage projects Competence in regulatory environment, client engagement, project management, writing, content development, presenting, digital, social, budget management The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $135,000. The anticipated salary range for the Account Supervisor role is $80,000 - $110,000 and $110,000 - $135,000 for the Account Manager. Salary is based on factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and generous paid time off.
