Overview
LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Associate, Strategic Finance - Knowledge Marketplace & Flagship Platform. Our Ecosystem Strategic Finance team is seeking a Senior Associate to help drive growth of LinkedIn’s Knowledge Marketplace & Flagship App through objective analysis, operational insights, and strategic initiatives. They will shape the future growth of LinkedIn’s consumer products for our billion-member ecosystem in close partnership with our R&D and product organization. The work location for this role is hybrid, performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role can be based in our San Francisco or Mountain View office. Responsibilities
Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics-oriented perspective, with minimal supervision. Communicates with stakeholders to answer a wide variety of complex questions. Exercises judgment within defined procedures to develop workstreams and operational processes. Proactively identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support. Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) to management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive action. Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members. Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints. Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results. Independently create, manage and update forecasting models for products, initiatives and the broader LinkedIn ecosystem, in close collaboration with Product teams. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in the technology industry. Technically proficient (or interest in learning) in SQL; experience a plus. Concise and effective communications: able to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Compensation and Benefits
LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $96,000 to $158,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
