We are seeking a high-judgment Manager of Program Management to lead our Challenge Flag (CF) program, an innovative initiative designed to empower sellers with a clear path to challenge incorrect enforcement decisions. This role will be instrumental in shaping how sellers appeal and resolve violations and account suspensions.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of a new seller remediation experience as the Manager of Program Management for the Challenge Flag program.
Partner with policy teams to review cases and implement process improvements, driving cross-functional collaboration with legal, policy, and product stakeholders.
Create mechanisms to efficiently identify and track improvement opportunities across multiple teams based on data and anecdotes, and measure the impact of these improvements for all sellers. Keep owners accountable to ETAs.
Analyze seller feedback and metrics to optimize appeal processes; manage program strategy and metrics, and communicate results to senior leadership.
Support the scaling of the CF program from pilot to global implementation for millions of sellers.
Lead a team of program managers to scale the Challenge Flag Program.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
5+ years of team management experience
5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
