Position Summary As the Finance Analyst, Commercial Finance, you will assist in achieving the company’s goals by providing financial leadership to cross-functional teams across the business to drive profitable sales growth. This includes supporting strategic decision-making by analyzing financial data and market trends, providing insights into business performance, developing financial models, owning business reporting and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing annual and 3-year financial forecasts. Responsibilities

Manage Gross Sales to Net Sales P&L lines, including analyzing and presenting key performance drivers and leading reviews with cross-functional leaders to develop forecasts and annual plans. Support the Net Sales performance management process, including monthly tracking/reporting, quarterly forecasting, strategic planning and annual planning. Monitor retailer and marketplace trends across channels and evaluate promotional strategies to fuel profitable growth and drive efficiencies. Develop and maintain close relationships with Commercial and Sales Planning & Strategy teams, providing insights, analytics and scenario building to support decision making. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (business, finance or accounting specialization preferred). 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, with a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ideally at a consumer-packaged goods company or retailer. Excellent financial modeling and analytics skills. Experience identifying trends and insights, and leveraging them to influence decision making. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills. Excellent planning, organizing, multitasking and time management skills. Ability to collaborate across teams to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. What We Expect
