This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive work environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys wearing multiple hats. Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, mail, and maintenance Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities management and vendor relationships Maintain office budget and track expenses, including vendor payments and office purchases Support scheduling and calendar management for leadership or department heads as needed Oversee onboarding/offboarding logistics for employees (desk setup, access badges, office tours) Ideate, organize and support internal engagement events, meetings, and company gatherings Ensure office policies and procedures are documented, updated, and followed Provide administrative support to executives as needed Foster a positive and inclusive office culture by promoting collaboration and engagement Office Manager Qualifications
Proven experience as an office manager Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack (or similar tools) Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion Experience managing budgets or basic accounting is a plus Seniority level
