CooperDouglas is partnering with a high-growth company on a confidential search for a sharp, results-driven Senior Financial Analyst. This role is highly visible, working directly with executive leadership to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions and operational performance. The ideal candidate is a sophisticated modeler with a proven track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Responsibilities
Build and maintain advanced financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning across multiple business units Analyze financial results, identify key drivers of variances, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership Develop and automate dashboards, reports, and KPIs to enhance visibility into performance and support data-driven decisions Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and accounting teams to align financial insights with business objectives Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews, including profitability and margin reporting Uncover operational and financial trends by mining large datasets and translating findings into strategic recommendations Own the cost analysis and pricing strategy process, including margin optimization and exception reporting Support executive-level projects including board presentations, M&A evaluations, and strategic planning deliverables Drive process improvement by implementing scalable reporting tools and streamlining data workflows Monitor industry benchmarks and economic indicators to inform forecasting assumptions and support competitive analysis Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a relevant FP&A focused role Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field Experience with NetSuite highly desired Experience and understanding of business intelligence reporting & visualization tools highly preferred (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects) Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills. This is an onsite role in the South Bay area Compensation range $100,000 - 115,000 + bonus Seniority level
