Senior Talent Partner - Go to Market
to join our global Talent Management team. You will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and collaborate with hiring managers across multiple GTM departments to drive and execute recruitment strategies with direct impact on revenue and quota-carrying teams. You will be responsible for managing a full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role supports PagerDuty’s global growth by identifying and hiring top talent across the Americas and international markets including APJ, while fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. The ideal candidate is strategic, a strong communicator, and passionate about recruitment best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality placements from sourcing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies that align with departmental and company-wide hiring needs.
Source, engage, and assess candidates using a variety of tools and techniques.
Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline by proactively identifying high-potential candidates for current and future roles.
Continuously track and evaluate recruitment metrics to improve process efficiency, candidate quality, and time-to-hire.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems, candidate sourcing tools, and AI tools.
Strong experience with networking techniques that drive communication, collaboration, and referrals for roles.
Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of requisitions across different departments with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions, schedules, and recruitment processes simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of sourcing diverse talent pools and fostering inclusive hiring practices.
Passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
What We Offer PagerDuty is a flexible, hybrid workplace. We support in-person collaboration and co-located teamwork, with offices in multiple cities. This role is expected to come into our
San Francisco
office at least twice per month to foster collaboration.
