Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
Lead regional financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range strategic planning
Provide senior leadership with insights on regional performance, risks, and opportunities
Drive strategic initiatives such as market expansion, M&A support, and cost optimization
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts and finance professionals
Serve as a strategic advisor to regional executives and cross-functional leaders (e.g., Sales, Operations, Supply Chain)
Foster strong partnerships with global finance, corporate strategy, and business unit teams
Financial Reporting & Performance Analysis
Oversee regional management reporting, business reviews, and performance scorecards
Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow trends to support strategic decisions
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and insightfulness of all financial deliverables
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regional regulatory requirements
Manage audit processes and ensure financial integrity across all entities in the region
Drive risk assessments and support mitigation strategies
Process Improvement & Systems Leadership
Champion continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and analytics capabilities
Lead financial system enhancements in partnership with IT and corporate finance teams
Promote data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)
7+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
Deep experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering at a regional or global level
Preferred experience in construction or rental services.
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills
Experience working in a complex, multinational corporate environment
