Generate leads and actively grow a client pipeline Attend team trainings and skill-building sessions Follow up with leads until appointments are set with a listing or buyer’s agent Maintain relationships with past and current homebuyers through calls, emails, and other outreach so they think of our team when ready to buy again Track and evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports Manage incoming sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients Update and maintain customer records in the CRM, ensuring agents have accurate, up-to-date information Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required Sales Experience A valid Driver’s License is required About Company
