Role : Tax Manager, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Responsible for the company\'s global tax strategy, planning, compliance and accounting activities (US and worldwide) to minimize tax expense while ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws. Establish productive relationships with tax advisors and represent the company during tax examinations. Performance Measures : Success is measured by value creation (effective tax rate and cash flow impact), cost management, and the effectiveness of internal controls/compliance. Required leadership behaviors include strong tax/business acumen, ability to influence outcomes, and driving change. Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Provide strategic tax leadership and execute tax strategies to minimize overall tax burden (ETR and cash taxes) while enabling effective regional cash management. Identify opportunities to reduce taxes related to current and previously filed tax returns. Understand how the business makes money, including global sales and profit drivers by region and future regional cash flow needs; stay current on matters affecting these. Maintain awareness of domestic and foreign tax legislation/regulations/rulings and interpret impacts to minimize taxes due; maintain integrity and efficiency of sales/distribution model and current legal entity structure. Taxable Operations: Oversee tax filings for domestic and worldwide income taxes, including US consolidated federal return, multi-state returns, estimated payments, extensions, foreign income taxes, and foreign GST/VAT. Prepare/review Sales & Use taxes, US property taxes, and R&D tax credit calculations; manage transfer pricing policy; oversee tax provisions and global tax provision under US GAAP. Provide guidance on accounting for worldwide income taxes, US GAAP tax issues, and periodic tax calculations; manage intercompany transactions for compliance with jurisdictional changes. Oversee all tax-related payments and prepare income tax projections for cash flow modeling. Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures; conduct internal monitoring and audits; manage tax exposure areas (FBAR, foreign nationals, UBTI, withholding, payroll, property, fringe benefits, etc.). Ensure documentation supports analyses and conclusions for compliance with international/statutory/US GAAP requirements. Lead audits and maintain cooperative relationships with management and external advisors; represent the company during tax examinations across jurisdictions. Reporting: Provide monthly statements, dashboards, and analyses for management, lenders and stakeholders; benchmark tax operations performance. Present periodic updates to Board of Managers and senior management on key tax developments with risk management focus. Other: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams globally; lead change management and process improvements. Required Experience

CPA required. Bachelor\'s in Accounting/Finance; Master\'s in Business Taxation preferred. Experience with ASC 740 and US federal/state taxation; multi-state sales/use taxation. 15+ years in taxation, including Big Four experience as Senior Manager/Manager with tax research, compliance, and consolidation/tax provision management. Experience with international tax, transfer pricing, and both US/foreign tax audits. Ability to collaborate with all management levels and operational personnel; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Personal Qualities High integrity and dependability with urgency and results orientation; capable of delivering to plan. Flexibility to adapt quickly; proactive in prioritizing and solving problems; able to see the big picture with a pragmatic delivery approach. Travel Periodic travel to and between manufacturing and sales locations is required (approximately 10%). Employment Details
