You will own, manage, and service the entire relationship, acting as a subject matter expert on Employee Benefits, providing proactive, consultative education and support, and driving client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Your day-to-day goal is to manage an assigned book of clients, serving as an insurance/employee benefits expert, providing trusted service and insights. Relationship Management : Serve as the client’s primary contact, act as a liaison and internal client advocate; maintain understanding of your client’s group health portfolio and coordinate communication among ADP partners; collaborate with Product Management, Implementation, Payroll, Sales and more; own the client relationship by building trust and understanding insurance needs; provide proactive, personalized, strategic support and act as the primary contact between clients and insurance carriers. Group Benefit Support & Administration : Manage benefit renewals, support Open Enrollment, and prepare quote proposals and benefit guides; assist clients in design and implementation of employee benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary coverages); handle renewals and negotiate with carriers for best rates and terms; conduct virtual meetings to review plans and recommend improvements; provide resolution support for enrollment, carrier billing, coverage, and claims; maintain accurate records of client interactions, plans, and compliance. Client Retention : Maximize retention by coordinating with clients, carriers, and ADP partners to resolve issues; proactively solicit feedback on current offerings and future needs; ensure utilization of tools, processes, and retention metrics. Qualifications
At least 2–3 years of related insurance experience Life & Health Insurance Producer License A college degree is not required; relevant skills and experience are what matter Preferred qualifications
Experience in brokerage or agency environments Experience with Benefits Administration platforms (Ease, Employee Navigator, Flock) Experience with insurance quoting platforms (Zywave) Relationship/account management experience Proven ability to manage client relationships with multiple products Strong relationship-building and needs assessment skills Experience with service recovery Strong knowledge of ADP infrastructure and product/services in processing and outsourcing You'll love working here because you can
