A Leading commercial real estate company with a 20+ year history is looking to hire a Sr. Portfolio Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for career growth opportunities, flexibility and a great work environment. Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and profitability. Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants, negotiate lease terms and conditions, and manage lease renewals and terminations. Conduct comprehensive market and financial analyses to guide property investment and divestment decisions. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of properties. Coordinate with financial and legal advisors to ensure compliance with financial reporting and legal requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and other stakeholders. Identify and pursue opportunities for portfolio growth and diversification. Provide regular portfolio performance reports to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in property management, with a focus on third-party commercial real estate property management. Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse property portfolio. Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, financial analysis, and property valuation. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with tenants, property owners, and other stakeholders. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound investment and management decisions. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPM, RPA) will be an added advantage.
