The Role As a Product Manager II, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering personalized customer offers and engagement strategies that power our iconic brands—Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta. As part of the Marketing Technology (MarTech) team, you will focus on creating and delivering customer-facing offers and engagement strategies across site, mobile app, and marketing channels.

The Product Manager II will drive Gap Inc personalized offer strategy and execution by:

Shaping and delivering an offers strategy that advances brand and loyalty objectives while leveraging and complementing other MarTech capabilities such as personalization and campaign execution

Determining how customer shopping behavior and profile attributes guide the delivery of personalized promotion codes, ensuring the right offers reach the right individuals

You will partner with brand, marketing, loyalty, pricing, and engineering teams to define the customer offers roadmap, translate business needs into actionable product requirements, and deliver seamless experiences across site, mobile app, and marketing channels. You will be responsible for both strategic vision and end-to-end delivery: from building segmentation to leading offer launch planning, testing, and rollout of new capabilities. Success requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives. You will need to influence across functions, debate solutions with technical teams, and represent complex concepts in ways that are actionable for non-technical stakeholders.
