Manage toxic tort, habitability and environmental litigation, including case management, motions, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Qualifications
Admission to the California Bar. At least 1 to 7 years of experience in toxic tort, habitability and environmental litigation. Strong research and writing skills. About the Firm and Practice
We represent clients in state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials, including Superfund multi-site litigation and coordinated Federal MDL. Clients range from individuals and closely held companies to Fortune 500 corporations, municipalities, site operators, and insurers. The firm is frequently selected to represent clients as National Counsel in mass tort and products liability litigation. We are open to developing talented attorneys with excellent litigation skills who show interest in toxic tort and environmental law. Compensation & Benefits
Minimum Salary USD 135,000/year; Maximum USD 180,000/year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with employer match. Employment type
