We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven
Senior
eCommerce Manager
to lead digital growth for one of the largest privately-owned beverage companies in North America. This role will own the day-to-day management of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platforms while also driving performance on Amazon and key online retail partners. The eCommerce Manager will play a critical role in shaping the U.S. digital footprint — from sales strategy and P&L management to site optimization and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Lead Ecommerce Growth:
Drive sales and performance across DTC websites, Amazon, and other online retail channels.
Strategy & P&L Ownership:
Own the ecommerce P&L, balancing revenue growth with profitability while optimizing digital spend.
Site & Channel Management:
Oversee site operations, product listings, content, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
Analytics & Optimization:
Use data and KPIs (conversion, CAC, AOV, ROAS, return rate) to inform strategy and improve performance.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Partner with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to align ecommerce initiatives with brand goals.
Inventory & Fulfillment:
Collaborate with logistics and 3PL providers to ensure accurate forecasting, efficient fulfillment, and strong customer experience.
Innovation & Growth:
Identify new opportunities in ecommerce channels, digital marketing, and consumer engagement to accelerate growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field; MBA a plus.
5+ years of experience in ecommerce management, DTC platforms, or online retail (Amazon experience strongly preferred).
Proven ability to drive ecommerce growth and manage performance reporting and forecasting.
Experience with Shopify, digital merchandising, and ecommerce analytics.
Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, supply chain, and logistics.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Location : Stamford, CT (in-office requirement as stated)
