Monday through Friday Responsibilities
Lead the day with purpose by kicking off each morning with a team huddle to align on the day. Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support. Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams, and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Empower your team by delegating effectively to maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry. Adhere to ethical and legal standards, follow regulatory guidelines, and protect patient confidentiality. Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited school Active state dental license (or in process) Active DEA License (or in process) Compensation
