What you’ll do
Lead the creation, refinement, and deployment of backend APIs and services, enabling seamless business logic and data processing. Collaborate with the research team to architect and deploy applications and services, driving actionable insights through advanced data analytics. Maintain and enhance our multi-tenant Web application infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted functionality and scalability. Contribute to design and implementation of new and existing applications/components, from technical specifications to deployment. Participate in brainstorming and delivering products aimed at improving healthcare and patient care. Engage in agile processes, providing input during backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily standups, and the CI/CD pipeline. What you’ll have
6+ years of software development experience or equivalent, with skills in a major web framework (e.g., Django, Spring, Flask, ASP.NET, Twisted). Proficiency in Python programming for scalable solutions. Experience with unit testing frameworks and reporting. Familiarity with debugging tools in remote and local settings. Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures. Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, and/or Snowflake). Experience leading design and execution of complex applications to solve ambiguous problems impacting business. Experience developing highly scalable applications and APIs. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good verbal and written communication skills. What could help you stand out
