Apply Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) fundamentals and collaborate with teams to help them understand and apply RCCA tools and principles, and analyze failures to resolve issues. Define and execute data collection activities for technical issues. Drive process design, optimization, and qualification activities of a manufacturing process for a component, part, or product. Own supplier quality and reliability for SSD components from New Product Introduction (NPI) through end-of-life. Develop and implement advanced quality plans and process controls (e.g., FMEA, DOE, CPK) to mitigate risks. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience with Quality, Reliability or Product Engineering. 4 years of experience in SSD manufacturing processes. Experience with hardware in industries such as servers, automotive, or aerospace. Experience with SSD technologies, including SSD test processes. Ability to travel up to 15% of the time as required. Preferred qualifications
Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field. 12 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Product Engineering for hardware technology and systems. Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication. Experience with Dynamic Random-Access Memory (DRAM) technology. About the job
