Overview

The Managing Director will lead our firm's investor relations and financial communications efforts, with a primary focus on capital markets/IPOs. This is a senior leadership position for a strategic thinker who can manage complex client relationships, drive business development, and mentor a team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of capital markets and a proven track record in investor relations to provide high-level strategic counsel to C-suite executives. Base pay range

$300,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr Additional compensation types

Client Leadership:

Serve as the lead advisor for clients on financial communications and investor relations. You\'ll develop and execute sophisticated communication strategies and manage key stakeholder relationships. Business Development:

Actively build and expand client relationships within a designated industry sector. You\'ll use your history of successful fee generation to drive new business. Expert Counsel:

Communicate complex financial, regulatory, and strategic issues clearly. Your combined experience from both in-house investor relations and

sell-side equity research

will be key to understanding both corporate and buy-side perspectives. Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of financial communications and investor relations professionals. Qualifications

Experience:

You must have a strong background in investor relations and financial communications from a communications agency, investment bank, or an

in-house IR role at a public company . Prior experience in

sell-side equity research

is highly desirable. Education:

A bachelor\'s, master\'s, or MBA degree is required. A

CFA designation

is a plus. Skills:

Strong financial acumen, a history of successful business development, and the ability to make effective decisions and lead a team. Seniority level
