Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day operational tasks, data entry, and data validation for treasury requirements, including cash management, investment management, debt management, and bank account management. Ensuring compliance with Georgetown University Banking and Cash Management Policies & Procedures. Assisting the Treasury Manager with improvement and optimization projects. Work Interactions
Interacts with individuals from all aspects of the University community on Treasury Management matters, including senior management, campus fiscal officers, accounting personnel, tax personnel and financial analysts. Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. Experience in a higher educational environment is preferred. Experience with opening and managing international bank accounts is preferred. Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Visio is preferred. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) Certification from the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP). Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Finance or Economics, with 5+ years of relevant and progressive experience in Treasury. Experience with implementing, designing, and working in Treasury management systems/software, such as Workday Cash Management, Kyriba, or Reval. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work with minimal direction, solve problems, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail. Ability to exercise sound judgment and make reasoned decisions in a consultative and collaborative environment. Work Mode
