Bilingual General Manager (English & Spanish)
oversees all aspects of restaurant operations, including planning, organizing, training, and leading the team to achieve objectives in sales, costs, and profitability. This role sets the tone for teamwork, productivity, and adherence to company standards, while embodying the organization\'s vision, values, and service excellence at all times. Responsibilities
Manage restaurant operations with a focus on profitability, food quality, service standards, and health & safety. Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and coach staff to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. Lead and organize training programs to develop high-performing teams. Collaborate with marketing to execute promotions, programs, and customer engagement activities. Provide exceptional guest service, resolve inquiries, and maintain customer satisfaction. Prepare budgets, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions. Grow and oversee the catering program and ensure delivery order accuracy. Develop and manage staff schedules, employee records, and daily store operations. Monitor cash management, reconcile revenues, and ensure financial accuracy. Partner with the Kitchen Manager on food preparation, inventory, and cost control. Oversee vendor relationships, equipment maintenance, and overall restaurant cleanliness. Represent the brand positively within the community. Complete required reporting in a timely and organized manner. Perform hands-on tasks as needed, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years of food and beverage management experience. Demonstrated success in sales growth and profit management. Strong knowledge of food preparation, service, and presentation. Proven ability to manage inventory, budgets, and cost controls. Experience recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and developing staff. Basic knowledge of accounting practices and financial analysis. Strategic planning and forecasting experience. Proficient in relevant computer applications. ServSafe Certification required. Key Competencies
