This position can be located anywhere in the U.S., providing flexibility for the right candidate. As a key member of the Sales Leadership Team, the VP Business Development for our Interventional Group will report into the CCO and assume a strategic role in the sales organization. The VP Business Development, Interventional will have primary day-to-day responsibilities for establishing and managing the commercial strategy within the industry segment, working closely with marketing, customer operations and business development teams to drive business growth. Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and customer engagement strategies, plans, forecasts and KPI’s Work cross-functionally to maximize outputs from business projects and objectives Develop strategies to be innovative in the market and win new business Manage customer relationships and measure customer satisfaction through customer insight programs Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust the business strategy as required Manage and develop business development team and instill a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Actively analyze sales performance against quotes, budget and forecast to determine effectiveness Oversee large projects and M&A integration activities related to market segment Required Qualifications

BS in Business, Marketing or similar. Minimum of fifteen years’ experience in Commercial or General Management leadership roles Contract Manufacturing experience working with Medical OEMs Proven ability to plan, implement and analyze performance results against objectives and KPI’s Demonstrable experience of managing operational performance within financial budgets Proven ability to attract and retain teams and customers Familiarity with medical device assembly and component manufacturing. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications

Both domestic and international travel required Approximately 25-50% travel Compensation

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $200,000–$225,000 plus bonus and equity. For temp, temp-to-hire, and regular full-time positions, our company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
