TikTok Shop Technical Product Operations, Technical Product Specialist - USDS Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally between the internal Product Research & Development Teams and ISVs (Independent Software Vendor), and merchants. Work in a small team with minimal supervision to drive improvements and innovative solutions to complex issues in an end-to-end project. Identify application performance roadblocks and implement optimizations for the growing Ecommerce ecosystem. Continuously track technical risks and gaps, while presenting mitigation strategies and recommendations to external and internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Test, troubleshoot, and enhance applications and user test cases. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree or above 2+ years of experience in E-commerce space, technical support, solution engineering or equivalent Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, debugging response codes, token auths, and other web technologies to understand problems end to end Professional experience with at least one client-side/server-side language such as: JAVA / Python / Javascript, can read basic code logic Preferred Qualifications: Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders to address concerns while also demonstrating the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders Comfortable working non-standard work hours to collaborate with global teams Strong cross-team collaboration skills, self-starter attitude with the ability to analyze and solve problems Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment About USDS
