The Nonprofit Development Database Coordinator will provide essential

support to the fundraising team by maintaining accurate donor records, reconciling contributions, and generating reports.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Development, this role is perfect for someone with nonprofit database experience who is eager to expand their career in development operations. This is an onsite/hybrid opportunity requiring 2 days per week in the office. Perks

Manage and maintain donor database records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Process donations, pledges, and related financial information. Generate donor and fundraising reports to support campaigns and leadership needs. Assist with audit preparation and budget support tasks. Provide cross-departmental support to streamline development processes. Handle confidential donor information responsibly and accurately. Qualifications

1+ year of nonprofit database or CRM experience. Familiarity with nonprofit finance processes including gift entry, reconciliations, and reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative with strong communication skills. Interest in growing a career in nonprofit development operations. Compensation and Benefits
