We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Director, Strategy. As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall strategic direction of the company, collaborating closely with senior leadership to identify, develop, and execute key initiatives that support our long-term growth objectives. You will collaborate with various teams to create and implement strategies and are responsible for analyzing information related to the proposals that they make and present them to executives or clients. This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs. What you’ll do

Own strategy development throughout projects, pitches, and client work to deliver captivating strategic stories Turn data/information into original brand stories Lead all aspects of brand positioning, brand culture, etc. Design, lead, and facilitate senior-level client workshops and internal brainstorms Lead research design for qualitative and quantitative approaches to initiate big ideas and growth for the brand Lead the comms planning and annual brand planning process Provide leadership and guidance to the strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence Manage/mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills and complete work at the highest levels of quality This position is a perfect fit for you if

4 years or more of experience in strategist roles 2-3 years of experience working across multiple advertising and marketing channels Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights A leader that can coach, encourage, and mentor clients, staff, and team members Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Strong leadership presence and client management skills Healthcare experience is required Pay Range

$130,000 - $165,000 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
