Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of business application tactical plans.

Forecast and allocate resources accurately and efficiently to meet objectives.

Manage all aspects of development, installation, maintenance, and enhancement for mission-critical application systems for an assigned unit/area.

Evaluate possible solutions and provide feedback to IS colleagues. May perform systems analysis for small projects of lesser complexity.

Lead and mentor a team to elevate technology capabilities to meet business needs, leveraging emerging technologies and adapting technologies to customer needs.

Provide directions for staff development and training, budget management, feasibility studies, delegation, project/resource control, and performance feedback.

Maintain productive relationships with internal/external customers, third-party vendors, project management office, relationship managers, and governance organizations to achieve project objectives.

Monitor and report on the status of multiple concurrent projects.

Review performance against operating plans and standards; interpret results and approve plan changes as needed.

Present reports on project performance, changes, enhancements, scope variations, and related matters to IS senior management and business sponsors.

Develop, document, and maintain best practices, standards, procedures, quality objectives, and lessons learned, including metrics for progress.

Ensure applications are developed in alignment with architectural standards and established methodologies.

Develop and deliver training on project standards, methodology, and quality objectives.

Identify opportunities to apply technology to expand business potential and competitive advantage.

Stay current with SAP versions and integration tools (SAP PI-PO, CPI, EDI, BTP Integration suite, Azure, BizTalk) to identify opportunities.

Develop and maintain a roadmap for future directions.

Minimum Education/Experience

Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline with an IT focus, plus the following experience:

9 years of experience in a globally organized SAP team working on ECC 6.0

8 years of experience with SAP PI and PO migrations and EDI/EDIFACT integrations

2 years of experience with SF, CRM, and Ariba

2 years of experience with iFlows and BPM

2 years of experience in designing and configuring scenarios to integrate with SAP SCM/TM/EM systems with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP PO

2 years of experience designing and developing cloud architecture and pilot integrations for Ariba, ServiceNow, Workday, Hubwoo, E2Open, Zapproved, Blackline, Configured API Management

2 years of experience with Custom/Vendor provided Agents for integration with Cloud applications (replaced with SAP CPI)

Hybrid position. Must reside within commuting distance from the employer’s Kennesaw, GA office. Various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Requires approximately 25% travel to domestic company worksite locations.
