As Renata's General Manager, you would be responsible for the management, direction and organization of Renata's operations to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the three-meal restaurant and the grab-and-go outlet, ensuring seamless and efficient execution. Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. Menu and Kitchen Collaboration: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus, optimize kitchen operations, and maintain food cost control. Guest Experience: Monitor the outlets to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment with attention to presentation and guest preferences; handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally and promptly. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations; implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service efficiency and consistency. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, revenue goals, and cost-control measures; monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability. Pricing and Promotions: Oversee pricing strategies, menu engineering, and promotional events to drive sales. Labor and Scheduling: Manage labor costs, staff scheduling, and productivity. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of restaurant servers, hosts, and support staff; conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship. Guest Engagement: Conduct regular table touches with guests; maintain constant floor presence during peak times; work with front office and concierge teams to accommodate VIP requests and personalized experiences. Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing to create dining events, seasonal offerings, and specials; analyze market trends and guest preferences to enhance experiences; utilize loyalty programs and social media to drive reservations and revenue. Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred. Minimum three (3) years of food and beverage leadership experience; minimum five (5) years in restaurants, preferably in a resort or luxury hotel setting. Luxury hotel experience preferred. Maricopa County Food Handlers Card; Alcohol Awareness or Tips Card; CPR and First Aid Certification.
