Business Intelligence Developer

A global insurer is seeking a BI Developer to drive data innovation across its UK and international operations. The role focuses on developing impactful BI solutions, dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision making. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define BI needs Design and deliver BI solutions and insights Ensure data quality, integrity, and security Manage third-party vendor relationships Champion BI best practices and innovation Required Experience: Insurance industry experience (Lloyd’s/London Market preferred) Proven track record in BI delivery Degree in Computer Science or related field Strong knowledge of BI, data warehousing, and data modelling Proficient in Microsoft BI Stack (Power BI, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, DAX) Skilled in SQL, Python, and Azure (Data Factory, SQL DB, Synapse) Experience with full software development lifecycle Fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation and put your stamp on the BI team.
