The
Consultant – Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
will partner with the Global TA team to recruit top-tier talent for sites in the US, Netherlands, and Denmark. Reporting to the Associate Director, Global Talent Acquisition, this role supports global and local recruitment initiatives and contributes to building a strong, inclusive candidate pipeline aligned with company mission. Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and Workday transactions Build diverse talent pipelines; participate in job fairs and university collaborations Ensure excellent candidate and hiring manager experience Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Coordinators and HR Business Partners Partner with external vendors and support contract hiring as needed Own and improve TA processes, ensuring local and global alignment Maintain compliance with hiring practices and documentation Contribute to global TA initiatives to enhance hiring strategies and employer branding Continuously manage candidate relationships, promoting company values Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) required Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the
Pharma/Biotech
industry Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proficiency in
Workday
and
Microsoft 365 High learning agility and solution-oriented mindset Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information Work Environment
