Overview

We are leading a confidential executive search for a VP of Finance on behalf of a mid-sized international manufacturing group in the biomass/industrial equipment industry. The Americas business unit is a ~$60M operation (part of a $250M global group), with 140 employees across multiple U.S. sites. This newly created role is the equivalent to a divisional CFO position, reporting directly to the President of the Americas. The VP of Finance will lead all aspects of financial management, including strategic finance leadership and executive partnership, ERP optimization and financial systems improvement, treasury, tax, and audit oversight, and coaching and development of finance teams across sites. Proven VP of Finance or CFO experience in a mid-sized manufacturing company ($50–150M). Strong background in cost accounting and project accounting. Experience with ERP implementation/optimization.
