US Tax Specialist
is sought to join the finance and tax team in Houston. This is a broad and impactful role, offering the chance to contribute to a fast-growing platform while gaining exposure across both US and international tax matters. Overview
This role supports the US and international tax efforts within a scaling organization, with broad responsibilities across tax compliance, planning, and cross-border considerations. Responsibilities
Coordinate and review federal, state, and local tax filings. Support advisory on withholding regimes (FATCA, CRS, Chapters 3 & 4). Advise on cross-border transactions, treaty positions, and structuring. Partner with global teams to shape tax policy, process automation, and efficiency improvements. Work across the entire US business. What We’re Looking For
4+ years’ US tax experience (Big 4 or financial services). CPA or Enrolled Agent preferred. Strong knowledge of US partnership and corporate tax rules; international exposure a plus. Hands-on, proactive, and able to work across jurisdictions. Seniority level
