Senior Analyst (FP&A) for a High-Growth EV Charging Company

They are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join their Finance team. This role reports to the Director of Finance and works closely with leaders across the company. This is an in-person role in Santa Monica.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making
Consolidate and reconcile financial data from multiple systems and teams
Prepare monthly reporting packages with variance analysis and insights for department leaders
Support the monthly close process and summarize results for management
Partner with cross-functional teams on business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and strategic initiatives
Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Provide financial forecasts and scenario analysis to guide planning
Contribute to other finance-related projects as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or related fields
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a comparable discipline
Prior FP&A experience with strong budgeting and analysis skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
Advanced Excel skills, with proven financial modeling expertise
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders
Background in companies that sell or manage physical products (e.g., electronics, retail, e-commerce, IoT)
Experience helping implement new financial processes in a scaling or startup environment
Compensation Targeting a base salary of $110-130,000k
