Overview A prestigious law firm in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with approximately 3+ years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation skills, excellent academic credentials, and trial experience to support the firm’s thriving commercial practice.

Responsibilities

Handle commercial litigation matters from case strategy through trial

Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs with exceptional writing quality

Conduct legal research and manage discovery

Represent clients in hearings, trials, and arbitrations

Collaborate with a team of highly skilled litigators

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from atop-tier law school

Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Nashville, Tennessee

Approximately 3+ years of commercial litigation experience at a regional, national, or top local law firm

Excellent writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills

Strong academic credentials (top of class preferred)

Willing to provide law school transcripts and a writing sample

Preferred Qualifications

Judicial clerkship experience

Demonstrated courtroom and trial experience
