As a Group Manager, Mailchimp Academy, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of a hybrid ed-tech platform that serves and educates two key personas: Mailchimp Partners: We serve 40,000+ global resellers, such as marketing agencies with content to help them maximize the value of our offerings. Mailchimp Product Support Experts: We create state of the art learning experiences for Mailchimp experts who help our customers and partners This role sits at the intersection of learning innovation, AI enablement, product leadership, partner management and marketing/sales enablement. You’ll lead a global team of strategists, designers, and content creators—working cross-functionally across Marketing Product, Partner EcoSystem, Service Delivery, Engineering, Analytics, and Sales to build a platform that personalizes learning, accelerates customer adoption, and delivers measurable business impact.

What you\'ll bring

10+ years in learning strategy, ed-tech, product enablement, partner ecosystem or direct customer in a global enterprise or SaaS environment. Skilled in Agile methodologies, backlog prioritization, and leading cross-functional development teams. Prior systems integration experience to drive front end UX and backend integration of learning experiences which includes web analytics, data instrumentation, E2E platform integration, LMS tools, email marketing solutions Experience influencing senior leadership and driving decision-making across functions. Experience designing or scaling learning platforms powered by AI, adaptive technology, or advanced content tools Strategic thinking with strong operational chops—able to zoom out to vision and zoom in to roadmap execution Direct B2B customer facing role background: Management Consulting, professional services, partner enablement Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred Experience in managing vendor relationships, BPO leadership coordination for training delivery

How you will lead

Set the vision and execution strategy for Mailchimp’s global learning platform and pipeline engine—aligning with enterprise growth goals and the future of work. Lead a team of 20 (mix of FTEs and contractors) across product, content design, strategic learning consulting, innovation, and operations, driving scale and impact across multiple learner personas. Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Service Delivery, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Partner Enablement, Sales to deliver seamless, personalized learning journeys tied to real-world outcomes. Build and scale a unified learning platform for various personas of learners - partners, customers, sales enablement and product support Optimize and grow the partner and customer conversion funnel of our Mailchimp, improving conversion and engagement across a fully revamped digital experience with increasing automation and intelligence. Oversee the transformation of content development operations, including managed service provider strategy and integration with performance-focused product training teams. Own delivery of key business metrics such as MRR attribution, learner conversion, partner ramp, retention, and service quality metrics (e.g., tNPS, AHT, DIR). Define and track KPIs for partner engagement, time-to-board, registered, tier movement, and partner satisfaction; provide regular executive-level reporting. Own the learning strategy across sales enablement, partner onboarding, registration, incentives, and product support. Define and operationalize partner tiering models, including automated scoring frameworks based on certifications, and customer success metrics.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is in the Bay Area California: $194,000-$262,500 and Southern California: $183,000-$247,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
