Job Title: Clinical Solution Delivery Consultant - Cardiovascular Ultrasound (West Region) The Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant is responsible for supporting the creation, development, and delivery of virtual and in-person classroom education for our General Imaging Ultrasound business. Anticipated travel requirement is approximately 75% but may be higher during peak delivery times (overnights and some travel on weekends). Responsibilities

Transfer complex clinical and technical concepts into virtual and in-person training content. Ensure Philips customers receive a consistent training experience including support for installations and upgrade education and training. Adjust deliverables and processes based on changing market trends, evolving customer needs, product changes, and varying internal and external educational needs. Serve as the subject matter expert in all areas of education and training for our customers. You\'re the right fit

2+ years experience as a fully registered CV sonographer, scanning in a hospital setting (Peds and Structural Heart experience preferred). Experience with precepting, training, and educating others on clinical and technical CV sonography. Online/classroom teaching experience is preferred. Associates/Bachelor’s degree in medical sonography preferred; current RDCS required. RVT preferred. Must be able to perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this Clinical position, with or without accommodation. Exemplary communication skills including written, verbal, presentations, and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal stakeholders such as learning program managers, subject matter experts, and peers as part of an interdisciplinary team. We believe that we are better together than apart. Office-based teams are expected to work in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company\'s facilities. Field roles are typically outside the main facilities, at customers\' or suppliers\' locations. This is an in-the-field role and requires travel of 75%+ including overnights. About Philips

The pay range for this position varies by location within the United States. The actual base pay offered may depend on factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation such as annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives may be offered. US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa now or in the future. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in the West Region of the US. Preferred markets include San Diego or Seattle. Must be near a major airport to support travel requirements.
