Senior/ Project Engineer (ACMV, 5.5 days work, M&E project, Design)

Job Requirement
Design & Calculation : Perform heat load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF) using HVAC engineering principles. Technical Drawings : Interpret and review ACMV drawings; ensure ducting, piping, and layouts meet design and regulatory standards. Installation & Supervision : Oversee site installation, ensure compliance with specifications, and supervise testing and commissioning (T&C) of systems. System Integration : Coordinate with BMS teams for HVAC controls integration and troubleshoot control-related issues. Technical Documentation : Prepare method statements, technical reports, and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., BCA, SS553, ASHRAE). Problem Solving : Resolve on-site engineering issues and propose value engineering solutions to optimize performance and cost. Job Responsibility
Knowledge of M&E project requirements and contract requirements Experienced in
ACMV
systems, especially
chiller system. Able to manage projects/ claims/ sub-contracts in accordance with project timeline. Safety knowledge & awareness with necessary safety certification at respective levels. To able to work odd hours (if necessary) change to Willingness to step forward when required. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma or Degree in
