Senior Project Engineer (L6 Electrical Contractor)

Responsibilities
Responsibility for the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, handover, and defect resolution Control the project budget, monitor cash flow, submit progress claims, and review subcontractor invoices to ensure financial sustainability and profit margins Oversee subcontractor performance, ensure adherence to the project schedule, and implement corrective actions for any deviations Maintain strict control of all project documentation, including non-conformances and corrective action reports Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and statutory authorities to resolve issues, secure approvals, and negotiate variations Lead, assign, and mentor on-site project staff (Engineers, Supervisors) and provide necessary on-job training Manage all project resources (labour, materials, equipment) Requirements
