What You’ll Do Work directly with clients to evaluate cases and develop winning strategies
Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution—pre-litigation and/or litigation
Negotiate settlements and advocate with vigor on behalf of clients
Prepare pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, and discovery
Conduct depositions and hearings, and take cases to trial if desired
Draft detailed case reports and provide thoughtful file analysis
What We’re Looking For Licensed Attorney:
Active WA State Bar membership in good standing
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in personal injury or 5 years overall litigation experience
Skills:
Exceptional writing, drafting, oral advocacy, and negotiation abilities
Mindset:
Results-oriented, detail-driven, and able to independently manage a full caseload
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable with MS Office and case management tools
Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
