Job Description In your new role you will:
Act as the interface between
Business Line and Operations
Take on product responsibility after completion of development and manage a broad portfolio of ICs
Drive and lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary
product ramp up
teams
Understand and implement the
manufacturing strategy
incl. transfers and ensure manufacturing capability and capacity from development to volume production
Analyze
product costs
structure and identify as well as implement cost down measures within the entire supply chain, e.g. through yield, test cost, material cost, manufacturing cost or process improvement
Act as
project leader
or project owner, e.g. for digitization and strategic projects
Drive task forces, focus teams or 8Ds to address and rectify product and
manufacturing issues
Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A degree in
Electrical Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering
or a related field
At least
3 years
of working experience in the semiconductor industry with deep understanding of technical aspects of supply chain and manufacturing processes
Proven experience in
leading complex projects
and method skills
Gained new insights by questioning existing assumptions as well as
challenge the status quo
to explore new paths (e.g. digitization, improvement of processes)
Strong
communication, negotiating and presentation skills
to manage global and multicultural stakeholders and networks successfully
Fluent
English
language skills
