Spectrum Division:
The Spectrum Division is an excellent practice opportunity for any Anesthesiologist. We operate across several premier hospitals and ASCs in Collin, Denton, and Dallas County, including the cities of Plano, Richardson, McKinney, Frisco, Dallas, and Flower Mound. Our team includes 23 physicians and 15 CRNAs. Due to growth, we are seeking additional physicians. Our practice features a diverse mix of patient ASA statuses and surgical types, including Obstetrics. Regional anesthesia skills are required. Please note, we do not perform cardiac anesthesia. The Care Team approach is limited to one location; most practice is solo. Practice Background:
USAP Spectrum Division has been operational for 28 years. We offer strong financial and practice security through diverse practice settings and exclusive facility contracts. Our payer mix and income are favorable. We have a history of leadership within USAP and maintain excellent operational and financial relationships with surrounding divisions. Physician Opportunities:
We are seeking physicians for a Partnership Track. This model is productivity-based, similar to partner status. We are transparent about financial details with candidates. As partners, physicians enjoy flexibility in work/lifestyle, including the option for extended vacations—some take up to 20 weeks. The average 1st call is approximately once every 5.5 days. Our governance is democratic, encouraging all Partners and Partner Track physicians to participate as owner/operators. Our physicians can comfortably reside in various locations from urban Dallas to suburbs like McKinney, Flower Mound, Frisco, and Prosper. Join our thriving and expanding practice today.
