The Field Activation Manager will play a pivotal role in the marketing team, responsible for implementing and executing strategic initiatives designed to create deals, drive business growth, and support sales activation efforts. This position requires a proactive and relationship-oriented individual who can manage segment-specific programs to achieve business growth in partnership with our sales team. Responsibilities

Marketing Funnel Visibility: Monitor and optimize visibility at each stage of the marketing funnel to ensure effective lead nurturing and conversion. Deal Creation: Develop and implement strategies to decrease seller lead time and generate new business opportunities. Deal Acceleration: Drive initiatives to expedite the sales cycle and improve conversion rates and deal size. Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute events that generate new deals. Sales Activation: Collaborate with sales teams to update and action on key initiatives in partnership with our enablement team. Feedback Loop: Maintain feedback mechanisms to collect and analyze data from customers and sales teams, refining marketing efforts accordingly. Segment Programs: Design targeted marketing programs for specific market segments to maximize engagement and ROI. What We Look For in a Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field activation or similar roles. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and performance metrics. Experience in event planning and execution. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in current marketing trends and best practices. Compensation and Benefits

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location-based pay ranges: $103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY $108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI $114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA Lumen offers a comprehensive package featuring a broad range of health, life, voluntary lifestyle benefits and other perks that enhance wellbeing.
