Our Corporate Functions are made up of teams that support Expedia Group, including Employee Communications, Finance, Legal, People Team, Inclusion and Diversity, and Global Social Impact and Sustainability. This role sits within the Finance Division at Expedia Group, part of our broader Corporate Functions organization. The L&M Governance team plays a critical role in enabling employees to contract with third-party software vendors while ensuring alignment with business strategy, compliance requirements, and financial planning. We partner closely with finance, procurement, legal, security, privacy, and compliance to make sure the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time. In this role, you will: Build and maintain strategic relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Drive understanding of program goals, processes, and challenges, highlighting their impact on the business Lead process improvements by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and enhancing workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve issues through triage, follow-up, and coordination across multiple teams. Serve as a trusted point of contact, managing inquiries, escalations, and providing clear communications to stakeholders. Contribute to strategic outcomes by supporting governance processes that balance business needs with compliance, risk management, and financial accountability. Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2-4+ years of experience in program/project management, vendor management, procurement, or governance operations. Strong organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with stakeholders at all levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex processes to diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, triage, and follow through on issues to resolution. Proficiency with workflow/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, ServiceNow) and productivity software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint). Please note that this role is only available in Seattle, in alignment with our flexible work model which requires employees to be in-office at least three days a week. Relocation assistance will not be provided. The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
