Assignment Details

Assignment start date

Work schedule

: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week. This is an 8-hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch.

Scope

: Ambulatory services in family medicine, walk-in / acute care services, chronic disease management.

Experience

: Advanced Practitioners must have a minimum of two years experience.

Patient load

: Advanced Practitioners are expected to see up to 18 patients per day; Family Physicians are expected to see up to 21 patients per day.

Language

: Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus.
