Call Coverage: Primary call coverage by advanced practice clinicians with a general call schedule of 1:6. Collaborative Environment: 24/7 hospitalist coverage with a strong and collaborative group. Team Composition: Fellowship–trained specialists in hand and upper extremity, sports medicine, adult reconstruction, and a sports medicine medical orthopedic physician.
